Responsibilities:
- Assist the Kitchen Supervisor to coordinate and carry out the preparation of all meals
- Prepare food ingredients and items according to SOP as provided.
- Keeps cooking stations stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours
- Assist in managing food inventory and supplies
- Clean and/or insure the sanitary conditions and operating order of kitchen appliances, equipment, food storage areas and the kitchen itself.
Requirements:
- Must be team-spirited, and capable of living and working in close-quarters for long periods of time with other crew members.
- Possess good problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: RM7.00 - RM8.00 per hour
