Job Summary
The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of orders on the Shopee platform. This includes monitoring order statuses, ensuring timely fulfillment, updating customers on order progress, and handling any issues related to the orders. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring that customer expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Monitoring and Management
- Monitor incoming orders on the Shopee platform to ensure all details are accurate.
- Check and validate order details (e.g., shipping address, payment status) to ensure there are no issues before processing.
- Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner, meeting Shopee’s processing and delivery targets.
- Order Fulfillment Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Ensure that orders are dispatched on time, and track their status until delivery.
- Update customers on order status, including delays or changes in delivery.
- Customer Service Support
- Address and resolve customer queries related to order status, shipping, and product availability.
- Handle order issues or disputes, such as incorrect items, damaged products, or missed deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner to resolve issues and provide updates on order progress.
- Order Returns and Refunds
- Process returns and refunds in accordance with Shopee’s policies.
- Handle exchanges, returns, and customer complaints efficiently, ensuring compliance with Shopee’s guidelines.
- Update order statuses and ensure timely processing of refunds or product exchanges.
- Order Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of processed orders, including shipment tracking numbers, customer feedback, and order history.
- Generate and analyze order reports for trends, performance metrics, and to identify areas for process improvement.
- Monitor and report on order completion times, shipping efficiency, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Shopee Platform Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Shopee’s platform guidelines and policies related to order processing.
- Stay updated on Shopee’s platform changes and feature updates to ensure efficient order handling.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on any issues related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer feedback to relevant teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
