Job Description

Lead Generation:

  • Identifying and sourcing potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Customer Outreach:

  • Contacting prospective clients via phone, email, and other channels to qualify their needs and present company offerings.

Sales Presentations:

  • Delivering product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Tracking sales opportunities through the CRM system, managing lead qualification, and moving prospects through the sales funnel.

Relationship Building:

  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Proposal Development:

  • Creating customized sales proposals and quotes based on client requirements.

Sales Reporting:

  • Tracking and reporting on sales activity, performance metrics, and key indicators to management.

Collaboration:

  • Working closely with other departments like marketing and customer service to ensure seamless customer experience.

Required skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications & Benefits:

  • Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Entry-level sales experience or relevant internship experience.
  • Possess personal transportation.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office Suit.
