Key Responsibilities:

Alumni Engagement: Develop and execute comprehensive alumni engagement strategies to build and sustain a strong connection between the institution and its alumni.
Plan and organize events, reunions, workshops, and networking opportunities to facilitate alumni interaction and engagement.
Utilize various communication channels (e.g., newsletters, social media, email campaigns) to keep alumni informed about institutional updates and events.

Relationship Building:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with alumni by understanding their interests, career paths, and aspirations.
Initiate and nurture connections between alumni and students, creating mentorship opportunities and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Alumni Database Management:Maintain an up-to-date and accurate alumni database, including contact information, career details, and engagement history.
Use data-driven insights to tailor engagement strategies and track the effectiveness of various initiatives.

Fundraising and Advancement: Collaborate with the institution's advancement team to involve alumni in fundraising campaigns, donations, and philanthropic activities.
Develop fundraising initiatives targeting alumni, emphasizing their role in giving back to support the institution's growth.

Career Development:Provide career support and resources to alumni, including job postings, career workshops, and networking events.
Collaborate with the career services team to bridge the gap between alumni and current students seeking career advice.

Alumni Communications:Manage and oversee the creation of engaging content for alumni communications, such as newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
Share success stories, achievements, and notable events involving alumni to showcase their impact.

Alumni Chapters and Networks:Establish and manage regional or affinity-based alumni chapters and networks to foster deeper connections among alumni with shared interests.

Reporting and Analysis:Regularly report on alumni engagement metrics, providing insights to the institution's leadership on the effectiveness of alumni relations efforts.
Identify trends and opportunities for enhancing alumni engagement and involvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in alumni relations, event planning, communications, or related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
