SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
The Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Manager role is a dynamic position that combines strategic leadership in sales and marketing with hands-on involvement in customer service
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
3. Lead the sales team, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
5. Track and analyze sales performance data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
6. Plan and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
7. Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and website management.
8. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
9. Collaborate with other departments to create promotional materials and product/service offerings.
10. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.
11. Supervise the customer service team to ensure prompt and effective customer support.
12. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them efficiently.
13. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
14. Train team members to deliver excellent customer service aligned with company values.
15. Monitor customer feedback and use insights to improve products, services, and processes.
16. Manage and coordinate activities across sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
17. Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for each department.
18. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that drives team success.
19. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on department performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
