Ads Specialist QUALIFICATIONS

As a Ads Specialist, your role will involve managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and digital marketing funnels to drive measurable results. You will also oversee performance metrics, marketing automations, and nurture sequences to support the company’s growth objectives.

  • Proficiency in Paid Ads Management (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads etc.)
  • Strong SEO/SEM Knowledge
  • Analytical Skills (Performance Tracking & Optimization)
  • Marketing Funnel Design & Automation Tools
  • Ai Prompting Skills
  • Creative & Data-Driven Thinking

Job Scope:

1. Paid Ads Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Set up, monitor, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.
  • Develop ad creatives and landing pages in collaboration with the design team.

2. SEO/SEM Management:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and search visibility.
  • Manage SEM campaigns and ensure keywords, ads, and bidding strategies are optimized.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits.

3. Performance Tracking & Analytics:

  • Track and analyze digital marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROI, conversions).
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and dashboards to monitor campaign success.

4. Marketing Funnels & Automation:

  • Develop, design, and optimize marketing funnels for lead generation and conversion.
  • Set up and manage automation workflows, including email nurture sequences.
  • Monitor funnel performance and address drop-off points with targeted strategies.

5. Content Strategy Integration:

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to align visuals and messaging with campaign goals.
  • Optimize landing pages and ad copy for audience relevance and improved conversion rates.

6. Audience Nurturing & Engagement:

  • Implement and monitor automated nurture sequences to engage prospects at each funnel stage.
  • Use A/B testing to refine messaging, design, and offers.

7. Trend Awareness & Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Bring innovative ideas to optimize campaigns and improve results.

8. Time Management & Collaboration:

  • Manage multiple campaigns and tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

9. Continuous Learning:

  • Actively pursue learning opportunities to stay current with evolving digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Share knowledge and insights with the broader marketing team to drive collective success.
