We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail and Wholesale Operations Manager to lead and manage our growing animal feed wholesale and retail business. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, improve efficiency, and drive business growth while ensuring excellent staff management and customer satisfaction.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily retail and wholesale operations across all outlets and branches.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for improved efficiency.
  • Ensure proper stock management, including inventory tracking and replenishment.

    Staff Management:

    • Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
    • Conduct training sessions to improve staff skills and knowledge.
    • Resolve staff issues and foster a positive working environment.

      Marketing and Promotion:

      • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract wholesale and retail customers.
      • Develop promotional strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
      • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.

        Customer Relationship Management:

        • Build and maintain relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
        • Ensure excellent customer service at all touchpoints.

          Performance Monitoring:

          • Track and evaluate outlet performance through KPIs and sales targets.
          • Provide detailed operational and financial reports to the owner.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, wholesale, or operations management.
  • Proven experience in staff management and marketing.
