Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration, HR, or a related field.
- Proficiency in *English, Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), and Malay* (both written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and bookkeeping.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in cross-cultural work environments.
