Key Responsibilities- Customer Service- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Online Store Management- Monitor and update our online platform (e.g., website or e-commerce store) with product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer orders.
- Content Creation - Design eye-catching posters, banners, and other promotional materials for marketing campaigns and social media, using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Front Desk Operations- Greet customers, manage appointments, and perform other front desk administrative tasks as needed. Thus, also to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, providing excellent customer service by greeting and directing them appropriately.
- In charge of answering telephone calls, as well as, responding to requests via telephone and delivering messages to the management.
- Inventory Coordination- Assist in tracking inventory and liaise with the relevant team members for restocking and order fulfillment.
- Problem Solving - Address customer concerns or issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Social Media Support - Assist in creating and scheduling posts for social media platforms to drive engagement and promote products.
- In charge of operating devices in the office, such as photocopiers, printers and personal computers.
- Organize, maintain, and file documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
