Job Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with expertise in website and mobile application development, particularly in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and UX/UI design. Candidates with consulting experience in creating experience frameworks and delivering organic channel strategies (web and mobile apps) are preferred. Familiarity with email marketing and push notifications is an advantage. Industry experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance is desirable.
Role: Marketing Support Specialist
As a Marketing Support Specialist, you will contribute to crafting end-to-end customer experiences that drive business outcomes. Collaborating with the design team, you will co-create customer journeys, propose innovative solutions, and effectively communicate strategic initiatives to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Experience Design:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop envisioned customer experiences.
- Create detailed customer journeys, identifying target audiences, engagement tactics, and lifecycle touchpoints to achieve business goals.
- Propose innovative concepts and experiences that differentiate the organization from competitors.
- Identify stakeholder goals, requirements, and expectations to align campaign objectives.
- Work with the Experience Lead to address business challenges and identify new opportunities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of proposed solutions to ensure alignment with use case objectives.
- Consolidate insights from various use cases and create reusable frameworks for cross-team adoption.
- Support campaign managers and product squads in prioritizing and identifying opportunities.
- Present strategic initiatives, end-to-end experiences, and design concepts to stakeholders for alignment and buy-in.
Analytics:
- Define relevant metrics and tracking mechanisms for each stage of the customer journey in collaboration with the Analytics Consultant.
- Measure the success of designed experiences and implement tagging requirements for enhanced customer insights.
- Conduct tests to validate hypotheses and improve use case growth strategies.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with the PMO to ensure timely project delivery, adherence to specifications, and proper feedback resolution.
- Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and address challenges.
- Develop and maintain project plans to ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within the program.
Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
- Proven ability to develop and execute customer experiences from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of creative processes, user experience (UX) design principles, and quality assurance (QA) for creative excellence.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and fostering alignment across marketing, creative, and other departments.
- Knowledge of prioritization processes and resource optimization strategies.
- Ability to analyze data reports to evaluate marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Familiarity with industry trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
Technical & Domain Expertise:
- Design Thinking and User-Centered Design experience.
- Expertise in Information Architecture and Content Organization.
- Strong knowledge of marketing processes, campaign execution, and content development.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making processes and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in the Financial Services industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in CRO is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
