    Operational Duties:

    • Maintain full knowledge of menus, seating plans, and restaurant offerings.
    • Serve food and beverages with precision and care.
    • Set up and prepare service areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness before and after operations.
    • Update and maintain restaurant menus and seating plans.
    • Assist with reservations and manage table assignments effectively.

      Collaboration & Teamwork:

      • Attend daily briefings and coordinate closely with service colleagues.
      • Support fellow team members in delivering a seamless dining experience.
      • Ensure the use of equipment and materials aligns with safety and quality standard

  • Education: Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Hotel or Food & Beverage Management.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in Food & Beverage roles within 4/5-star hotels or renowned restaurants.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service operations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros, InfoGenesis) and reservation management systems.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Well-groomed, positive attitude, guest-focused, and adaptable to various roles.
