Restaurant Server
Guest Service Excellence: Operational Duties: Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Education: Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Hotel or Food & Beverage Management.
- Experience: 1-3 years in Food & Beverage roles within 4/5-star hotels or renowned restaurants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros, InfoGenesis) and reservation management systems.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well-groomed, positive attitude, guest-focused, and adaptable to various roles.
- Experience: 1-3 years in Food & Beverage roles within 4/5-star hotels or renowned restaurants.
