Customer Service (Mandarin Speaking)
Your duties and responsibilities (include but not limited to) are as follows:
Provide a positive customer service experience through various online communication tools responding to client requests and anticipating unstated needs.
Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinates with other departments within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Support your teammates to promote encourage a positive working environment.
Consistently ensure a high level of customer support experience.
Assist to arrange customers' appointments and to sign up any interested leads.
Provide pricing details and company promotions to customer.
Assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully.
Cross-sell and upsell treatment packages / products and services during customer interaction.
To work closely with other team members to achieve the monthly new leads target.
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Basic Competency of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Experience in beauty / aesthetic medical industry will be an added advantage.
- Flexibility towards fast changing priorities and business processes.
