Job Description:As a Service Crew & Leader in the F&B department, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing excellent customer service, leading and training the team, and ensuring the smooth operation of restaurant services.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, addressing any customer queries and providing recommendations.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and maintain a positive dining experience.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience and make adjustments as necessary.
Team Leadership:- Lead, motivate, and train the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service.
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain high morale among the team.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Plan and manage staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for peak times.
- Oversee team development and ensure ongoing training for skills enhancement.

Requirements:- Able to start work immediately.
- Friendly, service-oriented, and a team player. No experience required.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays, overtime.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
- Achieve at least SPM education
- At least 2 years of experience in related field.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory management.
- Experience in F&B is an advantage but not required (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
