Our Client a UK Headquartered leading manufacturer of fragrances is hiring a SHIPPING COORDINATOR for their Malaysian Operations. The role requires Mandarin Proficiency to co-ordinate with regional offices in S.E. Asia
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle full set I/E shipping document independently.
- Follow up export shipment delivery and booking arrangements for both Air and sea freight.
- Experience in the application for the Certificate of Origin and Form D.
- Ability to work closely with different internal and external stakeholders, including sales, warehouses and forwarders.
- To handle Customs Declaration and Documentation Filing and record.
- Sourcing and developing vendor/Forwarder list when required.
- Attending CPC inspection.
- Maintaining and updating shipment and inventory information in the system.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least three years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Good command of spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Can handle daily Job arrangement on time & accurately.
- Be selfmotivated, initiative, well organized, with a strong sense of responsibility and to be able to work in a team setting.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Electronic Trade Declaration System.
- Knowledge of ERP D365
- Knowledge of Letter of credit
- Experience working in Manufacturing is an advantage.
- Experience in handling DG cargo shipment, Halai Good shipment, and CPC inspection are an advantage
