Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and prospects, and achieve the sales target set by the company
- Conduct business presentation to clients and propose the most suitable solutions according to customer’s need
- Involve in sales related activities such as handle sales enquiries, prepare quotation & proposal, on time submission and follow up with customer, delivery & sign off DO and invoicing
- Negotiate and close deals with customers and resolving any issues or complaints; ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work with other depts to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
- Follow up on lab test results and submission when necessary
- Timely submission of weekly reports and sales pipeline
Requirement:
- Hungry, young, vibrant fresh graduates with a dynamic personality and passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in MLM/direct selling is an added advantage
- Relevant working experience in doing B2B sales or business development dealing with marketers is an added advantage.
- Sales oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and a fast paced environment
- Ability to read & write in Chinese is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with a friendly disposition
- Experience in advertising/creative/market activation agency in the account servicing/ planning/ market activation department is an added advantage.
