About the role

As an Assistant Internal Combustion Engine at ND PAPER MALAYSIA(SELANGOR) SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Thermal Power Plant team. This full-time position in Banting, Selangor, will give you the opportunity to contribute to the company's objectives and growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting in the design, testing, and maintenance of internal combustion engines and record logbook
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with engine performance and efficiency
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to implement improvements and optimizations
  • Monitoring operating equipment parameter
  • Gas turbine and LNG station equipment site inspection.
  • Attend equipment related training course
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Power Energy (thermodynamics,fluid dynamics,power generation).
  • Relevant experience in internal combustion engine design, testing, and maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using engineering tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
