Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cardio Product Specialist with a background
in Cardiovascular Technology (CVT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have
expertise in both invasive and non-invasive cardiovascular devices such as CPET, stress
test systems, ABPM, Holter monitors, spirometry, and ECG machines. This role involves
promoting and providing technical support for our cardiovascular product portfolio, ensuring
proper use in clinical settings, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. The successful
candidate will also work closely with internal teams to optimize product development and
sales strategies

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cardio Product Specialist at BTL Medical Malaysia in Shah Alam. The Cardio Product Specialist will be responsible for product demonstrations, providing training to healthcare professionals, conducting sales presentations, and offering exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Expertise: Gain and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s
cardiovascular product range, including non-invasive devices such as
cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET), stress test systems, ambulatory blood
pressure monitoring (ABPM), Holter monitors, spirometry, and ECG machines.

Customer Support: Provide expert guidance, technical training, and support to
healthcare professionals during procedures and the use of devices, ensuring proper use
of both invasive and non-invasive devices.

Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and
presentations to hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions, focusing on the
clinical benefits and operation of both invasive and non-invasive cardiovascular
devices.

Clinical Case Support: Assist with on-site support during clinical procedures or
assessments, including device setup and troubleshooting, particularly for non-invasive
systems.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team, offering clinical insights and
technical expertise during customer meetings, product presentations, and in-service
training on devices like Holter monitors and ECG machines.

Feedback and Improvement: Provide detailed user feedback to product
development teams to improve both invasive and non-invasive device offerings, based
on clinical experience and customer input.

Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest developments in cardiovascular
technology and non-invasive diagnostic tools, competitor products, and market trends
to inform product strategy.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions,
product usage, and clinical support activities related to all devices in the product
portfolio.

Qualifications

Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Cardiovascular Technology, or a related
field.

Certification: Certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) or equivalent is
required.

Experience:

o Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in cardiovascular technology,
preferably in a cath lab, cardio Diagnostic centre, Health Screening
Centre, electrophysiology setting, or non-invasive diagnostic lab.

o Direct experience with CPET, stress test system, ABPM, Holter,
spirometry, and ECG machines is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

o Strong understanding of both invasive and non-invasive cardiovascular
technologies.

o Experience using and supporting non-invasive diagnostic devices.

o Familiarity with Full Spirometry system (Body Box Spirometry) is an
advantage.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to convey complex technical concepts to clinical professionals.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with healthcare
professionals and work collaboratively across departments.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and clinical issues
with both invasive and non-invasive devices in a clinical setting.

Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to provide on-site support and
attend conferences.
