  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Technician at PJZSB in Ampang. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, offering printer support, and performing all IT related support. Off-site support also required when needed.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in Desktop Computers, Remote Desktop, Network Support (LAN, WAN, DHCP)
  • Experience in Computer / Notebook Repair, Server, Active Directory
  • Experience in manage IT inventory and documentations
  • Experience in perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
  • Additional skills in Microsoft Office, Office 365, Accounting software
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team, office environment
  • Relevant certifications
  • Certificate / Professional Certificate / Diploma in Information Technology Computer System or related field
  • Minimum at least 1-3 years experience as IT Support Technician
  • Short notice or can start immediately will be advantage
