Main Duties & Responsibilities : • Responsible and accountable for the full spectrum of HR including selection & recruitment, manpower planning & training, and other HR-related matters. • Responsible to drive recruitment to meet the needs of the organization and partner with department to implement appropriate Recruitment and selection strategies. • Manage employee discipline or employee relations issues, grievances, and counselling on work-related problems. • Assist in the process to review, develop and implement HR policies, plans, processes in accordance with Company’s direction and statutory requirements. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. • Ensure compliance with Employment Act and other relevant statutory requirements. • Assist in process monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities i.e. such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and HRDC. • Manage training records of all employees and identify the area that needs training for each employee. • Participate in the organization of social and recreational activities to enhance the well-being of the employees and to promote employees’ engagement. • Responsible for Insurance’s renewal like Hospitalization , Personal Accident, Term Life . Guard’s Personal Accident, Travel Insurance etc. • Responsible for company festival hampers order , uniforms etc. • Responsible for yearly Health Screening for employees. • Monitoring outsources cleaners, security guards and outsources security guards’ duty schedule and attendance. • Overseeing Company Motor Vehicles Insurance Renewal, Road Tax Renewal and New Purchase. • Overseeing Company Events food catering and weekly vegetarian lunch arrangements. Essential Attributes: • A Degree in Business Studies / Administration majoring in Human Resource Management or equivalent. • Min 5 years of relevant HRM experience. Payroll experience is essential. • Well verse with employment-related legislation in relation to HR (Employment Act, Industrial Act and etc.) • Proficient with both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia • Resourceful and takes initiative • Effective communication skills at all levels and high EQ • Strong sense of confidentiality and high integrity
