Job Description: The Mango Flamingo is searching for a talented and versatile Talent Specialist to enhance our sales strategy on TikTok and Shopee. This key position involves hosting engaging live sessions, managing and training outsourced/part-time live hosts, and driving impactful sales through strategic content and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Live Session Management: Host dynamic and interactive live sessions on TikTok and Shopee to promote products and engage viewers, converting them into customers.
  • Content Creation: Plan and create (working with Content Strategist) attention-grabbing, brand-consistent video content for TikTok and Shopee, showcasing product features and special promotions.
  • Outsource/Part-Time Host Oversight: Oversee outsourced or part-time live hosts, providing guidance, training, and quality checks to align with brand standards.
  • Campaign Execution: Work with the marketing team to design and execute effective promotional campaigns on TikTok and Shopee.
  • Customer Interaction: Actively respond to viewer comments, inquiries, and messages to foster relationships and enhance the customer experience.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of live sessions, video content, and host activities to identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Affiliate & Partnership Management: Support and nurture partnerships with TikTok and Shopee affiliates to boost brand visibility and sales.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in live hosting and content creation for TikTok and Shopee.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage, train, and develop talent.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and strategy adjustment.
  • Experience in affiliate management and building partnerships is a bonus.
  • Passion for the skincare industry and alignment with The Mango Flamingo's brand ethos.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
