Café Supervisor-FP

We have opened a café name as Flame Café which is designed a combination of open kitchen, flame grill and botanical style café .We are looking for a motivated and experienced Café Supervisor to join our team. The Café Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading the café staff.

Job description:

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure a high standard of service.
• Train, supervise, and motivate café staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Assist with scheduling staff shifts and managing employee performance.
• Handle customers orders by using ordering system, inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Taking care on cashier cash flows
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with management on menu updates and promotional activities.
• Have a knowledge/experienced for the position of bartender and barista.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of financial management and inventory control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
