  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to contribute to our mission of empowering the blue-collar workforce through HR technology. This role involves supporting our sales team by identifying potential clients, gathering essential information, and ensuring data accuracy. Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Researching and identifying potential clients, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Analysing sales data to identify trends and insights.

Who You Are:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a Sales Support role (or equivalent)
  • You're a motivated and organised individual with a passion for supporting sales teams.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with data.
  • You're a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and you're comfortable navigating different communication channels.
  • You're a quick learner and adapt easily to new tools and technologies.
