Personal Assistant Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, calls, and meeting coordination. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external meetings. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders interacting with the CEO. Content Management: Develop and create engaging content for the CEO’s professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, TikTok, newsletters). Assist in drafting speeches, articles, and presentations for events or internal communications. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content strategies with the company’s goals. Monitor trends and suggest innovative content ideas to enhance the CEO’s thought leadership. Other Responsibilities: Conduct research to support strategic decision-making and project execution. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information. Provide general administrative support as needed. Qualifications: Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Posses at least 1 year in a similar role (personal assistant or content creation). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and content creation tools. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design is a plus. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
