- Handling phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
Document and File Management
- Prepare, editing, and formatting documents such as letters, purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Managing physical and digital filing systems for quick retrieval of records.
- Ensure proper storage, archiving, and secure handling of confidential documents.
Communication and Coordination
- Coordinate between departments and external parties (vendors, clients, partners).
Skills Required for an Administrative Assistant
- Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in business, administration or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word), ePerolehan, Tender Wizard, Sennego/ Speed2u and others tender systems.
- Problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
- Professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently or as part of team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
