Customer Service Specialist
Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries accurately, promptly, and in line with company policies. Provide support and solutions to resolve any product or service-related concerns. Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through timely feedback and resolution. Order Management: Manage sales orders and maintain accurate system data. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently. Logistics and Coordination: Assist in shipping arrangements, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely completion. Provide necessary documentation and updates to stakeholders. Cross-functional Communication: Act as a liaison between departments (Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, Billing) to resolve issues. Performance and Reporting: Support internal audits. Assist with reporting such as Weekly/BI/Monthly Sales Performance Reports. Knowledge of supply chain or shipping documentation processes is an advantage. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Prefer fluency In Mandarin. Able to Handle Customers and Clients accordingly. Call etiquette. Educational Background: Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification in business administration, customer service, or a related field. Work Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or order management role. Experience in handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and working within cross-functional teams. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems for managing customer data and orders (e.g., SAP, Salesforce). Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Mandarin Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Good organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge: Understanding of order processing and logistics coordination.
