Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Prefer fluency In Mandarin.

Able to Handle Customers and Clients accordingly.

Educational Background:

Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification in business administration, customer service, or a

related field.

Work Experience:

At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or order management role.

Experience in handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and working within cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems for managing customer data and orders (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Mandarin

Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Good organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Knowledge:

Understanding of order processing and logistics coordination.
