- Providing comprehensive administrative support to management and colleagues.
- Handling a variety of office tasks. Performing data entry and other clerical duties as required.
- Maintaining physical filing systems. Contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team.
- Handle the processing of all customer orders or requests with accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide support for the sales and marketing team as required.
- Generate sales report for metric analysis.
- Support for special sales program when required.
- Assisting with the coordination of office operations and procedures.
- Possess SPM/ STPM/Diploma/Degree qualifications.
- Preferred candidate who has Customer Service Experience
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Proficient in both written and speak English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in operating office software and online chat tools, with certain foundation in network knowledge, and fast typing speed in English / Mandarin
