- Develop and execute strategies for core product marketing and development.
- Required to manage & achieve sales targets and KPI.
- Conduct vertical and horizontal market analysis to build effective market penetration strategies.
- Perform competitive research on pricing, engineering, and technical differentiators.
- Clearly communicate technical capabilities and deliver compelling technical demonstrations.
- Identify and maintain relationships with prospective clients while providing technical support.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma, or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Industrial or related fields)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; Junior Executives with electrical engineering & automation expertise are preferred.
- Knowledge of automation industry products (e.g., instrumentation, sensors) is an advantage.
- Ability to discuss and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Willingness to travel.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
