REGIONAL PROJECT MANAGER

Job Scope: • prepare project plan and implement project • Define project scope and goals • prepare time-schedule for the job • organize project team • study technical aspects for job-site planning to carry out the job most efficiently / safety • Cost control, quality control, schedule control, safety control and risk management for project • Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables • prepare budget for purchasing and contract negotiations • prepare quotation, obtain approval and submit the quotation to client • drafting of agreement • issue purchase order in accordance with company procedures • Negotiation and keeping good relationships with client • Follow up in issuance of invoice for billing and collections • Ensure the obtaining of Certificate of Completion from client • Prepare project reports upon completion of projects
