Job Description: • Develop and implement marketing strategies that support the company's business objectives and growth targets. • Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online/offline marketing. • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration. • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's voice, identity, and messaging. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. • Analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions and optimize future efforts. • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. • Work closely with product teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services. • Become the company's representative towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships. - Build and maintain our social media presence, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and hitting the social media growth expected from organic activities and paid post; - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights; - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience; - Support marketing project development under the direction of Global Marketing Team; - Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested. - Market research, identify the effective innovative marketing strategy; understand competitor's product offering, marketing strategy, and unique selling points.
