- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; a minimum of 1 year of experience is a plus.
- Proficient in recruitment, employee relations, HR policy implementation, administrative skills, and performance management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
