PROJECT: IPDAS KENINGAU POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER (Based in Keningau) REQUIREMENTS: 1. Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 2. At least 7 years in related roles, with experience across various projects (e.g., government complexes, hospitals, commercial buildings, high-rise offices, residential buildings). 3. Self-motivated, committed, with strong communication, supervision, and coordination abilities. 4. FAMILIAR WITH GOVERNMENT/JKR PROJECTS (preferably) 5. Responsible to plan and execute until the completion of project, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Collaborate with the in-house technical team to provide Value Engineering solutions for Civil & Building Works. 2. Liaising with Clients, Consultants and relevant authorities for the implementation of the projects handled providing updates on progress and challenges. 3. Lead and support site team in resolving any quality and technical issues / problems at site initiated by Consultant / Client. 4. Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes & recommending actions. 5. Committed to the project’s scope, objectives, and deliverables. 6. Create and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules. 7. Monitor risks, resolve issues, and maintain project quality. 8. Evaluate outcomes and document lessons learned.
