Relationship Management:

Cultivate and manage relationships with media outlets, key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and third-party agencies to drive collaboration on campaigns and promotions.
Develop and maintain strong connections with celebrities and mega KOLs to amplify brand reach.

KOL Identification and Network Expansion:

Research, identify, and onboard KOLs across various digital platforms to create impactful brand experiences.
Build and expand a diverse KOL network across different categories and social media platforms.

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

Plan and implement KOL engagement campaigns, ensuring alignment with timelines, requirements, and deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute innovative promotional campaigns.
Oversee the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy, including identifying suitable KOLs, developing briefs, reviewing content drafts, and monitoring performance.

Negotiation and Cost Management:

Negotiate campaign terms and costs with KOLs to secure favourable and mutually beneficial agreements.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

Lead, guide, and mentor the KOL Specialist team to develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI in collaboration with the sales team.

Achieve at least Diploma certificate
More than 1 year of work experience in MCN agencies or talent management agencies (preferred)
Fluent in English
Strong communication and business negotiation skills
Familiar with the workings of Tiktok platform
Familiar with E-Commerce platforms (preferred)
Detail oriented, responsible and career - driven, with strong learning abilities, resilience under pressure, and willingness to embrace challenges.
