Key Account Executive

1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts. 2. Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concern promptly and effectively. 3. Monitor and manage inventory levels for key accounts. 4. Ensure that stock levels are sufficient to meet client demands and avoid stockouts. 5. Coordinate with the warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels. 6. Regularly communicate with Watson to understand their needs, address any issues, and provide updates on product availability and promotions. 7. Arrange and oversee merchandisers to ensure products are properly stocked and displayed in stores. 8. Coordinate with merchandisers to schedule restocking and promotional activities. 9. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, warehouse, and customer services, to ensure a cohesive approach to key account management. 10. Prepare and present regular reports on key account status, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, inventory levels, and any issues or opportunities Requirement 1. Diploma or Degree in any related field of study. Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply. 2. Computer literate with MS Office especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. 3. Reasonable command in written English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. 6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
