CHEF

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join our seafood restaurant team. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation of seafood dishes. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain standards and create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare, cook, and present seafood dishes to the highest standards. 2. Ensure all dishes are prepared according to the restaurant's recipes and specifications. 3. Manage the preparation of fresh seafood, including cleaning, filleting, and portioning 4. Oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, fry, sauté, or cold section). 5. Ensure all mise en place is completed and maintained throughout service. 6. Train and supervise junior kitchen staff within your section. 7. Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in compliance with health and safety regulations. 8. Monitor and ensure food safety practices, including proper storage and handling of food. 9. Conduct regular checks to ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients. 10. Monitor stock levels for your section and ensure minimal waste. 11. Assist in ordering and managing food inventory and other ingredients. Requirements : 1. Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role, preferably Wok cooking. 2. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation. 3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 4.
