As a Retail Store Manager, you will play a key leadership role in managing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Retail Store Manager.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Able to communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage).
- Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving targets.
- Experience in marketing and advertising to drive in-store promotions and campaigns.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems, credit card terminals, and handling cash transactions.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Minimum SPM qualification.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Drive sales performance through effective team management and sales strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in-store.
- Ensure smooth inventory management, including weekly restocking and stock accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize store operations.
- Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and proper product displays.
- Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
- Work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
