Hygiene and Environmental Standards
- Uphold and enforce rigorous hygiene standards by ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of all areas within the medical center, including treatment rooms, and equipment storage areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify that all tools and equipment are adequately stocked, functional, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of medical consumables, proactively replenishing supplies to ensure seamless operations and uninterrupted patient care.
- Collaborate with procurement staff to facilitate timely ordering of necessary supplies.
Assistance with Medical Procedures
- Operate treatment machines and equipment as prescribed by the TCM Practitioner, adhering to established protocols.
- Provide direct support to TCM Practitioners during various medical treatments and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout.
Patient Care and Support
- Serve as a primary caretaker for patients in the treatment area, addressing their needs with compassion and professionalism.
- Offer clear and accurate information regarding services, products, and treatment processes in response to patient inquiries.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry into systems.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Patient Education
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, health conditions, and post-treatment care instructions to promote understanding and adherence to medical advice.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay to effectively communicate with a diverse group of patients and customers.
- Prior experience in the TCM industry will be considered an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills for managing appointments and clinic records.
- A proactive approach to work, with a strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Fast learner and follow job procedures, with a commitment to completing tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the needs of the clinic.
