A personal assistant (PA) to a CEO typically performs a variety of administrative tasks to support the CEO's daily activities and maximize their productivity:
- Scheduling: Manage the CEO's daily schedule, including meetings, travel, and events
- Communication: Act as the CEO's primary point of contact, answering emails and phone calls, and handling correspondence
- Planning: Plan and organize events, both professional and personal
- Travel: Plan and arrange travel and accommodations
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of papers and electronic correspondence
- Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support: Provide ad-hoc support to the CEO and leadership team as needed
- Anticipation: Anticipate the CEO's needs and potential challenges
- Coordination: Coordinate communication between the CEO, leadership team, and the wider office
- Support meetings: Ensure meetings are properly arranged and serviced, including drafting agendas, collating papers, and taking minutes
- Support staff: Direct employees in the absence of the CEO
The role of a PA is to free up the CEO's time so they can focus on strategic tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM1,784.60 - RM8,000.00 per month
