Rotational Shift (5 days a week, Monday to Sunday)
RM 2,400 per month
RM 100 Monthly KPI Allowance (based on individual performance)
Job Scope:
- Provide excellent service through inbound voice channels, addressing customer inquiries promptly and efficiently while taking ownership of their concerns.
- Balance customer needs with business objectives, demonstrating strong skills in sales and marketing techniques.
- Effectively articulate and present information about our products, managing high volumes of customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Take responsibility for achieving individual KPIs and collaborate with the team to meet collective goals.
- Utilize business strategies to enhance customer service and guide clients towards effective self-service solutions.
- Actively identify opportunities for process improvements, working with Team Leaders and Managers to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality, safeguarding customer information at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Minimum education: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia); a Diploma is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet performance targets.
