- Assist customers with product or service-related questions, issues, and complaints.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the solution.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and policies.

- 6 days working (alternate Saturday)

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Bahasa (Preferred)
