Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to build a high-performing telesales team with optimal staffing levels.
- Oversee daily sales team operations, ensuring smooth workflow and effective team performance.
- Drive the team to exceed sales targets by maximizing the potential of every customer interaction.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to develop team members and boost sales outcomes.
- Initiate and implement ongoing training on products and advanced selling techniques to keep the team sharp and adaptable.
- Ensure consistent and disciplined use of the company CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Forecast sales trends and provide detailed reports to the Head of Sales.
- Generate and secure meetings with prospective clients in alignment with target goals.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand client relationships.
- Oversee and delegate management of the sales activity database to maintain a clear and organized record.
- Manage leads from various sources, including the company website, marketing campaigns, and other channels, to maximize conversion.
- Set objectives and manage KPIs to drive accountability and track performance success.
Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in telesales management, with a strong track record in driving sales success.
- Industry experience is a plus, but we welcome fresh perspectives from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Skilled in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills to effectively manage and support team operations.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with a focus on achieving collective goals.
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate team members.
