1. Recruitment and Onboarding: i. Collaborate with Recruitment team when hiring process by providing the accurate data when preparing the employee background checking information ii. Collaborate with various departments, including IT and Admin to ensure a smooth offboarding process. iii. Manage all documentation related to the hiring process, including offer letters, contracts, other necessary paperwork and employments tools ie, ID card and uniforms. 2. Industrial Relation i. Assist as a liaison between employees and management to address and resolve workplace issues. ii. Assist in conducting investigations into employee complaints and disputes. iii. Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring compliance with labor laws iv. Assist in the grievance resolution process, ensuring timely and fair outcomes. vi. Document and maintain records of all grievance-related activities. 3. Employee Relations i. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. ii. Manage and monitor all Store and in compliance to display poster and notices that require by the Company and Statutory Bodies. iii. Conduct briefing to all employee in regards to any HR policy, benefit, regulation etc through various channels, ensuring understanding and transparency 4. Payroll Processing i. Check and verify employee attendance record and Overtime hours. ii. Process payroll transactions accurately and in a timely manner iii. Verify and reconcile payroll discrepancies. iv. Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status. v. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations. vi. Utilize payroll software and systems to process payroll accurately. vii. Assist in year-end payroll processes and reporting. 5. Performance Management i. Assist in the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback. ii. Assist in rewards management system, ie. Increment and Bonuses process. 6. Yearly Policy Meeting i. Assist in organizing the policy meeting event as directed by the Management in timely manner. ii. Assist in developing comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, resource requirements and sourcing the quotations. iii. Assist to oversee on-site event setup, ensuring all elements are in place and running smoothly. 7. SOP and Policy i. Prepare, develop and updating of the Human Resource policies and procedures. ii. Ensure that policies align with legal requirements and industry best practices. 7. HR Administration i. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records both soft copy and physical records. ii. Prepare and analyze HR reports in weekly, monthly basis and as when as required. iii. Manage the HRIS system and ensure data integrity. iv. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and Employee Handbook. vii. Regularly update and maintain employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance data. 8. Other Ad-Hoc matter i. Involved in other Ad-Hoc project that assigned by the Management. ii. Perform other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time
