We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Network and Circuit Delivery, including expertise in SDWAN, WAN, LAN, Wireless LAN, and Security domains. The ideal candidate should have 5-12 years of project management experience and possess strong business-level Japanese proficiency (Japanese or Malaysian national preferred). This role involves overseeing the delivery of large-scale network and security projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects, including SDWAN, WAN, LAN, and Wireless LAN solutions. Oversee the security integration within network projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects. Lead the project planning, scheduling, and execution phases while maintaining alignment with overall business goals. Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays and setbacks. Manage project scope, budget, and resources effectively to meet project goals. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing status updates and resolving issues as they arise. Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring that all requirements, changes, and decisions are captured. Facilitate post-project reviews to evaluate successes, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 5-12 years of proven experience in Project Management, particularly in network and circuit delivery, including SDWAN, WAN, LAN, Wireless LAN, and Security projects. Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and working with external vendors and stakeholders. Language Proficiency: Business-level proficiency in Japanese is required (Japanese or Malaysian national preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese for effective collaboration and reporting. Technical Skills: Solid understanding of network technologies (SDWAN, WAN, LAN, Wireless LAN). Expertise in network security principles and practices. Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar tools). Project Management Skills: Strong background in managing complex technical projects, ensuring delivery within time and budget. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and effectively communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders. Familiarity with industry-standard project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to negotiate, facilitate discussions, and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster collaboration across teams.
