  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities

  • Administering and managing all HR-related processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development
  • Serving as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters to help drive the company's growth and success
  • Implementing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Conducting employee engagement initiatives and promoting a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment
  • Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve HR-related issues and challenges
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources management

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a start-up environment
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, Industrial Relations Laws, Domestic Inquiry Procedures, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR information systems and tools
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written ability in Mandarin are mandatory due to business requirements

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
