Are you someone who can sell an experience and not just a product? At Samadhi Retreats, we believe in offering more than just luxurious stays and delectable dining—we offer mindful, eco-conscious retreats and unique dinning experiences that leave lasting impressions. Now, we’re looking for a Sales Specialist who’s passionate about sharing our vision with the world!

What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Specialist at Samadhi, you won’t just be closing deals—you’ll be inviting guests into our world of serene eco-retreats and award-winning dining venues. Your mission is to connect people with places that nurture the body, mind, and soul.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and potential guests
  • Develop creative strategies to drive room bookings, F&B packages, and retreat experiences
  • Showcase our award-winning properties in ways that highlight our commitment to eco-conscious living and mindful hospitality
  • Collaborate with our marketing, concierge and revenue teams to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to checkout
  • Be the face of Samadhi in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A passion for hospitality, nature, and sustainability
  • Proven experience in sales (hospitality or F&B is a bonus!)
  • Strong communication skills—both in person and through emails that make people feel the experience
  • Ability to craft persuasive pitches that emphasize what makes Samadhi unique
  • A knack for building long-term client relationships and spotting new opportunities
