The duties of the Chief Marketing Officer can be listed as follows: 1. Developing, implementing, and monitoring the marketing strategies for the company in line with the company's objectives. for the Gulf & Arab market as well as researching and analyzing market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies. 2. Developing, Planning, and implementing promotional campaigns to attract more customers from the Gulf and Arab countries. Promotional campaigns should be prepared in proficient Arabic language. 3. Review all formal marketing-related procedures, processes, and administration, recommending improvements to the systems in place and managing the systems going forward. 4. Creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing upcoming plans for the Gulf &, Arab market and leverage relationships with internal and external business partners. 5. Leading the Marketing, Public Relations, and Event Planning Departments in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, communications, events, and campaigns that elevate the Company brand. 6. Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy and execute a sophisticated marketing plan, while effectively managing brand and reputational risk, to ensure the internal and external brand is optimally aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. 7. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate international markets. 8. Overseeing and controlling the company's marketing budget allocation. 9. Overall responsibility for brand image and corporate identity 10. Designing market surveys in order to determine the preferences from Gulf and Arabic Countries. 11. Expand, develop, and maintain media relationships to create a positive external and internal image associated with brand recognition. 12. Building a highly efficient team of marketing professionals and creating a solid network of strategic partnerships.
