Position: Personal Assistant to CEO Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 5,000 Job Responsibilities -Manage daily office and personal tasks of the CEO, ensuring the prioritization of key deliverables. -Maintain accurate calendars and ensure appointments and commitments are up to date. -Participate in highly confidential meetings, transcribing minutes and distributing them as required. -Draft high-level presentations, reports, and communications using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Canva. -Collaborate with internal teams to organize and execute corporate events smoothly. -Act as a liaison for the CEO office, handling internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally. -Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports and documentation as needed. -Maintain monthly expense reports, petty cash records, and reconcile pre-approved monthly credit card statements for the CEO office. -Assist in managing CEO branding and corporate branding activities. Job Requirements -Experience: 2–3 years in administrative or executive support roles with increasing responsibilities. -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources Management, or a related field. -Mandarin Speaking only. Skills: -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. -Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook; Canva knowledge is a plus. -Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). -Sound judgment, decision-making skills, and a professional demeanor.
