- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop strategic plans.
- Knowledge of waterproofing, anti-slip solutions, or industrial flooring products is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license.
