About the Role

This role entails Investment support on business-as-usual (BAU) and project tasks on investment data for investment functions in AIA Group.

Perform and support IBOR (Investment Book of Record) and non-IBOR data services/ tasks to ensure operational efficiency/ effectiveness of the business-as-usual activities. The candidate will be mainly focus on performance data related task and will also be required to support project activities.

1. Onboarding of Indices Data: Efficiently onboard indices data from our service aggregator into the internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

2. Data Monitoring: Ensure the timeliness and completeness of indices data flowing into our systems.

3. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Promptly investigate and address any issues or discrepancies in data, ensuring minimal impact on stakeholders or business operations.

4. Stakeholder Queries Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding benchmark and indices data, providing timely and accurate responses to queries.

5. Maintenance of Performance Related Entities: Create and update entities such as index, custom index, list and carve out entities in our systems.

6. Classification Maintenance related to Performance Reporting: Assist in maintaining security classification related to performance reporting such as GICS, country of risk, sector classification and asset classification.

7. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams of Data Management and Middle Office to support indices data needs and ensure smooth data flows.

8. Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggest improvements to processes, systems, and tools used for data entry and management to increase efficiency and accuracy.
