Regional Distribution Centre Operations Manager

Regional Distribution Centre Operations Manager Responsibilities: 1. Manage the end-to-end logistics process, including port unloading, temporary storage, transportation to the RDC, PDI, dispatch, and shipment to distribution stores. Ensure process control and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any operational issues. 2. Lead and manage the team, fostering a cohesive environment and improving work efficiency through talent development, motivation, and performance management strategies. 3. Analyze and manage data to provide actionable insights that support effective decision-making. 4. Oversee the management of abnormal vehicle handovers, ensuring clear communication with relevant departments to address and resolve any issues. 5. Manage RDC supplier relationships, establish and enforce KPI standards, and work with suppliers to drive the achievement of operational goals. 6. Supervise and enforce 5S standards at the RDC, ensuring proper implementation and conducting regular inspections to maintain a clean and organized environment. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management. 3. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software. 4. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 7. In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, warehousing best practices, and logistics.
