Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development - Design and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels such as paid search, social media, display ads, and affiliate marketing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall brand and business objectives. Campaign Management - Lead, plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. - Continuously monitor and refine campaigns for maximum ROI, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates. Analytics & Reporting - Dive into data! Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other reporting dashboards. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance and exceed targets. Budget Management - Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure campaigns are both efficient and impactful. - Forecast and track spending to keep campaigns within budget and maximize results. ️ Optimization - Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to continuously optimize performance. - Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep campaigns effective and relevant. Collaboration - Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad assets that resonate with our audience. - Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve the overall user journey and post-acquisition experience. Candidate Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: 3-5+ years in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related role. Expertise: Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and other performance marketing platforms. Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms. Bonus Skills: Familiarity with SEO and content marketing as complementary strategies. Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work across various teams.
